Terms & Conditions: GM Coachwork Refer a Friend Scheme

1. Overview

GM Coachwork’s Refer a Friend scheme rewards both the referrer (the individual making the referral) and the referred friend (the individual being referred) with a £250 incentive when a qualifying vehicle order is completed. The reward can be issued as either:

• A £250 discount on the vehicle order (Motability or private purchase), or
• £250 in vouchers (issued after vehicle delivery).

There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer.

2. Eligibility

• The referrer must be an existing or past customer of GM Coachwork or have a relationship with the business.
• The referred person must be a new customer to GM Coachwork and not previously engaged in any purchase process with us.
• Only referrals submitted before the referred customer places their order will qualify.

3. Reward Conditions

• Rewards are offered per successful referral, where a qualifying vehicle is delivered to the referred customer.
• The reward will be issued as per the selected option by each party:
  • Order Discount: Applied to the vehicle invoice prior to final settlement.
  • Vouchers: E-vouchers or physical gift cards will be sent within 30 days after delivery of the vehicle. 
• If the referred customer cancels the order before delivery, no reward will be issued.

4. Payment & Limitations

• Each successful referral entitles both parties to a £250 reward.
• There is no cap on the number of referrals that can be made; however, GM Coachwork reserves the right to investigate suspicious or fraudulent referrals.
• Referrals must be made in good faith, and we reserve the right to withdraw rewards in cases of abuse or misrepresentation.

5. Modifications & Termination

• GM Coachwork reserves the right to change, pause or withdraw the Refer a Friend scheme at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes will not affect referrals already in progress that meet the criteria at the time of submission.

6. General

• This scheme is not to be used in conjunction with other referral or promotional offers, unless explicitly stated.
• By participating, both parties agree to these terms.
• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
