Competition terms and conditions

Terms & Conditions: Adventures with Jurni Competition

1 – Eligibility:

• • The Adventures with Jurni Competition (“Competition”) is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over, except employees of GM Coachwork and their immediate families, or anyone else professionally associated with the Competition.

2 – Entry Requirements:

• • To enter the Competition, participants must:
    1. Take a picture with Jurni the Adventure Bear when out and about in a Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV).
    2. Share their pictures on Facebook or Instagram with the hashtag #adventureswithjurni and tag GM Coachwork.

3 – Submission Guidelines:

• • Entries must be submitted by the participant themselves.
  • Entries must not contain any offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content, as determined by GM Coachwork.
  • Participants must ensure that they have the permission of any individuals who appear in their entry photos.

4 Selection of Winners:

• A monthly winner will be chosen by GM Coachwork from the eligible entries received during that month.
• Winners will be selected based on the creativity, originality, and adherence to the theme of the Competition.
• The decision of GM Coachwork in selecting the winners will be final and binding.
• A prize draw will only take place if there is more than one eligible entry in each month.

5 – Prize:

• • Each monthly winner will receive a £100 Amazon Gift Voucher.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
  • GM Coachwork reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond their control.

6 – Winner Announcement:

• • Winners will be announced on GM Coachwork’s official social media channels (Facebook and Instagram) within 7 days of the end of each month.
  • Winners will be notified via direct message on the social media platform through which they entered.
  • By entering the Competition, participants consent to the use of their name and entry photo for promotional purposes related to the Competition without additional compensation.

7 – Data Protection:

• • Any personal data collected in connection with this Competition will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Competition and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for the fulfilment of the prize.

8 – General:

• • GM Coachwork reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • By entering the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

By participating in the Adventures with Jurni Competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
